Your shoes are guaranteed to be the correct size,
Your shoes are guaranteed to be the correct size if you follow the Vein Foot Sizing
Chart instructions, and submit your completed chart along with your order.
View, download or print the chart here: Vein Foot Sizing Chart. After you complete
the chart, you can scan or take a clear picture of your chart and upload it as part
of the ordering process on the Size page. This must be done to qualify for the Correct
Size Guarantee.
Correct Size Guarantee: If you have qualified for the correct size guarantee, by
submitting your Vein Foot Sizing Chart when you ordered your shoes, but the shoes
don't fit and you need another size - send the shoes back and we will make you another
pair in the size you want.
Shipping costs to return the original pair are yours, but if you include the receipt
we will give you a credit (non-refundable) of up to $40 off your next purchase.
We will cover the shipping costs of the second pair out to you.
This guarantee can only be used once.
If you purchase a pair of customised shoes, but do not qualify for the Correct Size
Guarantee (that is, you do not upload your completed Vein Foot Size Chart with your
order), then we cannot accept a return or exchange.
(Returns must be unworn and in the state you received them and in the original box.)
Hint: Always try on shoes while on carpeted flooring. Hard
flooring may scuff your soles and exclude returns
