If the shoes you receive are not the same as you ordered, or not the right size, send them back to us unworn within 60 days of purchase for FREE using our Reply Paid address. We will send you the correct size (stock availability permitting) at no extra charge. So you are guaranteed to get the right size at no extra cost.

Please send back using the same Australia Post “Tough Bag” that you receive the shoes in. The Supply Fault Guarantee can be transferred to another style if the correct style is unavailable, or a refund issued.

International AU$40.00 Supply Fault Guarantee (Worldwide – excluding Australia)

If the shoes you receive are not the same as you ordered, or not the right size, send them back to us unworn within 60 days of purchase. We will refund you up to AU$40.00 to cover the cost of the return postage. We will send you the correct style (stock availability permitting) at no extra charge. So you are guaranteed to get the right style at no (or nearly no) extra cost.
