Your shoes have a manufacturer warranty
If, in the unlikely event, within 60 days the stitching has come apart, or the sole
has separated from the shoe, or the heel has broken or come away from the sole,
return them to us and our craftsmen will repair (if possible) or replace the shoes.
Shipping costs to return the original pair are yours, but if you include the receipt
we will give you a credit (non-refundable) of up to $40 off your next purchase.
We will cover the shipping costs of the repaired pair out to you.
Alternatively, you can have your local shoe repairer fix the issue. Send us the
receipt and photos of the damaged shoe. We will give you a credit (non-refundable)
for the cost of the repairs.
