Australia Vein Wear Manufacturer Warranty (Australia Only)

If there is more than 10% difference in colour between each shoe in a pair, or within 60 days the stitching has come apart, or the sole has separated from the shoe, or the heel has broken or come away from the sole, return them to us for FREE and our craftsmen will repair (if possible) or replace the shoes.

Send them back to us for FREE using our Reply Paid address. We will send them back to you at no extra charge.

International Vein Wear Manufacturer Warranty (Worldwide – excluding Australia)

If there is more than 10% difference in colour between each shoe in a pair, or within 60 days the stitching has come apart, or the sole has separated from the shoe, or the heel has broken or come away from the sole, return them to us and our craftsmen will repair (if possible) or replace the shoes.

Send them back to us and we will refund you up to AU$40.00 to cover the cost of the return postage. We will send them back to you at no extra charge.
